Club Manager Jeremie Blais manages the overall operations of Sprite Island Yacht Club including; club facilities, concession stand, marine transportation, docks/floats, staff and island grounds.
Jeremie's responsibilities include
• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and manage all launch operators and other staff
• Arrange and supervise training programs for launch operators, including CPR, First Aid and AED
• Set work schedule for staff on a bi-weekly basis
• Maintain condition, appearance and cleanliness of Clubhouse, restroom, showers and other facilities
• Develop and assign day-to-day schedule to ensure routine jobs are performed on a regular basis
• Ensure all services to members and guests are conducted in a highly professional manner
• Ensure a safe working environment on the part of all launch operators in all areas of responsibility
• Manage the overall operations of the Clubhouse, Capstan (concession stand), Tent, and Island
• Assist in planning for special club events to ensure smooth operations
• Meet with Commodores on a monthly basis to review and discuss operations and needs
• Address member and guest complaints and advise Commodores about actions taken
